NNZFSC Badminton Doubles Tournament 2025
Hi all, I’m super excited to invite players to our first-ever open Nepali doubles badminton tournament in Christchurch! This is the first time NNZFSC (Nepal New Zealand Friendship Society) is hosting a Badminton tournament open to our wider non Nepali Christchurch parivaar (Nepali for Whanau)
Date: Saturday, 6th September 2025
Venue: Badminton Canterbury, 220 Pages Road
Entry Fee: $25 (non-NNZFSC members) + $10 optional lunch
Format:
• Starts with group stages in a single grade.
• After groups, players will be split into A & B divisions for knockouts.
• Pending interest, we may add extra categories (e.g., B grade entry or Women’s Doubles).
This is a fantastic opportunity for players across Christchurch to come together, compete, and enjoy the game! Note: there is also a generous prize money for the winners so sign up to find out
