The meeting resolved to convene a Special General Assembly on Sunday, 30th November at
12:00 PM at Selwyn Sports Centre, Rolleston. The purpose of this assembly is to establish an
election committee to oversee and facilitate the formation of the new Executive Committee
for the 2026–2027 term.
